Summer visitors

We've had lots of family come for a visit this summer.

First was Cameron's brother Austin. While Cam was at work Austin stayed busy by chopping wood for us outside (awesome!). We also made some time to play here and there.

Next visitor was my brother Luke.

We stayed pretty busy swimming, hiking, biking, and since he was here over the 4th of July we shot off a lot of fireworks in the backyard.

Last was my Mom and Jimmy. They stopped by on the way back from a road trip on the east coast to see family. They are going on a mission to San Diego in September so this may be the last time we see them for a while.

Thursday was Mom's birthday. We made here a cake for when she got here that night.

Toothpicks for candles since we didn't have any :)

Friday we went to the store, had lunch, and best of all Grandma and Grandpa watched the kids that night so Cam and I could go out for a date.

We saw this car parked at Chuckie Cheese on our way back from the movies. It's was funny!

Saturday we picked projects to work on. Mom and my project was to recover a rocking chair and the boys project was to make a new mailbox cover.
