First Day of School

The first day of school was literally the day after we got home from our family reunion trip! It was crazy- especially since we missed the open house where the kids get to meet their teachers. Luckily Kian's teacher had emailed Sunday night so we knew who she was! Cruz walked in Monday morning and found out who his teacher was right then.

I had Cameron take Kian in to school because he was very nervous. He was afraid he would not find his bus and make it home. He was also afraid of getting lost on the way to class. The first day, he cried three times. After a week, he finally started to walk in on his own and felt better about riding the bus. He really likes his teacher!

Cruz had the going to class thing down. He was not nervous, only excited.

And I must admit to being excited myself too! Only two during the day is great. It makes me enjoy the boys much more when they get home!
