Kian's Friend Party

We do friend parties on special years for our kids. Kian hit 8, a friend party year! He chose to have a nerf war and was planning it for months! We decided to have it at our local tennis courts to help contain the darts. It did a pretty good job and the boys had a lot of fun. Every time they do a nerf war about half the time is planning and strategizing. I put Cameron in charge of the actual party and most of the planning since I was at an art workshop the whole week prior and he was off work for the week :) 

 Boys split into teams and set up inflatable bunkers for them to hide behind.

Cameron made the "cake" We simplified it this time from our usual. Kian was happy with his nerf cake!

 He really loved having his friends there. Presents are a bonus but the best part is friends!

 They had fun with this last card from a friend it was a Star Wars card that talked!
