We did our Christmas Eve tradition again this year at our friends house. We get together for dinner and acting out the nativity.
This is the costume Kian picked out to be a shepherd.
And then we have our lovely Star
Dax was an angel this year
Cruz was a king
What would a nativity be without throwing stones (foil balls) at Samuel the Lamanite. All of the boys really enjoy this part of the play.
Then we have Mary and Joseph and baby Jesus.
The angel comes to Mary
Angel comes to shepherds.
Shepherd Kian turned into a King to bring gifts to the baby Jesus. Gold, Frankincense, and Myrhh... Or in this case gold beads, a candle, and BBQ steak seasoning.
All the actors came together for a picture.
We had to go home to do pjs this year because we forgot them. Also looks like I need to tell you to ignore the handprints on the top of the sliding door. I'm not sure how it gets dirty so high up. You get a lot of surprises like that with kids.
PJ's were handmade by Gma Porter
Boys got fleece pants that matched and had their name sewn in it. A good idea for matching pants! Not sure where Cruz was in this picture.
